Domestic/UK Delivery
- Free Delivery: All orders over £100 within the UK qualify for free delivery.
- Standard Delivery: All products are delivered at a standard cost of £6 or £15.00 with a 2-5 day delivery time throughout the UK depending on the product.
International Shipping
- Shipping Provider: All international packages are shipped by DHL.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping rates for supported countries and locations are calculated and visible at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Delivery time will depend on the destination country and its respective policies.
- Duty Taxes: Please note that additional duty taxes may apply, depending on your country's shipping policies.
- No Returns: We do not accept any returns on international shipping at the moment, so please make sure (you can call or email us) of your order before purchasing.
- Currently Shipping To: Currently, we ship to all countries in Europe (except Ukraine, Russia & Belarus).
